The Concierge Program is a gift and service of the Foundation to create a customer focused and personalized hospital experience for patients. A Care Representative of the Foundation will welcome you upon notification of admission and take a note of any needs while our guest. The attention of a Care Representative is not limited to members of donor societies.
Members of the Cornerstone Society, St. Francis Legacy Society, the Chairmans and Presidents Circle and Women in Philanthropy are identified as friends of the hospital in our admissions system if they have had a previous admission. With an existing patient record, our staff marks members of these donor societies for concierge speciality services. Our Care Representatives are here to assist, advocate, and support you and your family during an inpatient admission.
