2011 St. Anthony's Calendar Photo Contest

Submit your entry today for the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation 2011 Calendar Photo Contest!

Grab your camera to capture the best moments of fun in the sun. Our third annual calendar photo contest is open to St. Anthony’s team members, physicians, volunteers and donors. Thirteen winners will be chosen by committee (one photo for the cover and one for each month).

CONTEST RULES

  • The deadline for entries is August 31, 2010. Submit your entries online or drop-off your photos at St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation office.
  • Only photographs taken by St. Anthony's team members, physicians, volunteers and donors are eligible.
  • A maximum of two entries may submitted per person, however only one entry per person is eligible to win.
  • Photographs will be chosen by the Photo Selection Committee based on pictorial composition, technical quality, originality, interest of subject matter and visual appeal. Photographs of individual people are not recommended. The Committee is made up of contest winners from the previous year and representatives from BayCare Creative Services and SAH Calendar Contest Committee. The decision of the Committee is final.
  • All winners will be required to complete a media release form. If winning photos contain any identifiable people, each identifiable person must complete a consent/release form.
  • Each winner will receive a special gift and 10 calendars. A grand prize will be awarded to the individual whose picture is selected for the calendar cover.
  • Winners last year are not eligible to participate. Runners-up are eligible.


PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

Digital Submission Recommendations
Digital photos should be submitted in original size (not exceed 6MB per photo).
Minimum resolution is 300 DPI.
Please submit all digital photos online via the entry form below.

Prints
All prints submitted must be 8” x 10” on photographic paper.
No negatives or slides will be accepted.
Prints must be dropped off at the St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation office.
