Below are examples of what your gifts make possible:

$50	provides antibiotics for a retiree on a fixed income who otherwise may be not be able to fill his/her prescription due to the high cost (Pharmacy Voucher Program).
$100	provides a digital mammogram to a woman without adequate insurance. This diagnostic exam may save her life!
$250	helps to fund the cost of Diabetes management education in our community.
$500	sustains the medical navigator program in the Emergency Center to follow up with patients who do not have a doctor of their own.
$1,000	enables a patient with kidney failure to have life-saving kidney dialysis for two months.
$1,500	endows Pastoral Care services for our patients. As a faith based hospital we provide clergy and other ministers to all faith traditions. This is a highly specialized form of ministry that requires intense training. Your gift will enable us to continue the tradition of access to a priest or minister to all patients who find solace in counsel and prayer.
